Limitations of the eWarehousing application
Before you start using our eWarehousing app, please keep in mind that there are some limitations with using the application.
Limitations
1. New orders may take a some time to sync
The application checks for new orders every 15 minutes. This means a new order might take up to 15 minutes before it appears in eWarehousing.
2. No order notes feature
MyShop doesn’t support order notes. If there's an issue with an order, we won't be able to add a note directly in MyShop.
3. Cancelling orders through MyShop
Canceling an order in MyShop might not work as you expect. Since MyShop doesn't send immediate updates when an order is canceled, our app only checks for cancellations on a set schedule. This means if you cancel an order after it’s already been sent to eWarehousing, the cancellation might be too late to stop processing.
4. Partially submitting orders
MyShop and the eWarehousing application do not support partially submitting orders.
5. Partially shipping orders
MyShop and the eWarehousing application do not support partially shipping orders.
6. Retrying cancelled orders
If an order is cancelled in eWarehousing or MyShop. An order will not be processed again.
