Our eWarehousing app for MyShop makes managing your orders, products, and stock levels easy without any complicated work on your part. Here’s how it helps:
Automatic order routing: When a customer places an order, the app automatically sends it to the right warehouse or fulfillment center.
Product Catalog Synchronization: Your product catalog is kept up to date automatically. Any changes or new products are updated in the system, so your inventory information is always accurate.
Order Tracking and Shipment Notifications: Enables seamless tracking of orders from fulfillment in eWarehousing to final delivery.
Automated Stock Management: The app continuously monitors your inventory levels, giving you a clear picture of what’s in stock.
Automated Processes
Next to the processes mentioned above, our application also automates the following processes at specific intervals:
Order Sync: Every 15 minutes, the app checks for new orders and sends them to the warehouse.
Product Catalog Sync: Every hour, your product catalogs are refreshed to keep everything up-to-date.
Stock Sync: Inventory levels are updated every 30 minutes so you always have the latest information.
Order & Shipment Status Sync: If any orders or shipments aren’t processed correctly, the system automatically rechecks them daily.
