CCV Stock sync

Our app will keep your product stock in sync with eWarehousing.

Not Syncing?

If you notice your products aren't automatically updating stock when products are ordered, the following issue happened:

Make sure your product in CCVshop has an Article number that corresponds with the Article code in eWarehousing WMS.
Make sure your product has an EAN code that is the same as the Article code in eWarehousing WMS.
Make sure your product has Stock management enabled in CCVshop.

To update your product navigate to the Products management page in your CCVshop admin panel and select the product.

To update Article number navigate to the Global tab.
To update EAN code navigate to the Metadata tab.
To enable Stock management navigate to the Stock tab and check the Product has stock checkbox.
After changing the details don't forget to Apply and Save the changes.
